Badiang National High School (BNHS) event was a night to remember it presented its second season of drama and musical presentation and once again captured the hearts of the community through their outstanding musical drama, Bidlisiw sa Kagahapon. The occasion, was held at the Anda Cultural Gym, it was full of excitement as students, parents, local politicians, and our supportive school head gathered to watch an amazing performance. The musical showcased the incredible talents of BNHS student by folk dances, hip hops, dubbers, acting.
By bringing the past to life, the drama highlighted the ordinary lives of Filipinos in earlier eras. The audience was reminded and bring up the past of Filipino childhood games like Chinese garter, patintero, bato lata and luksong tinik, among others. However, the story was emphasizing the strength of a family, resilience during hardships, and ability to rise after failure. And I've learned that life is about learning ,forgiving, and overcoming challenges rather than striving for perfection.
And at the heart of its success , the effort and commitment of the BNHS students made this event a success . To make the story come to life, the backstage crew, dubbers, choreographers, and outstanding actors do their best just to make the event perfect. Days of rehearsals and attention to every detail paid off, and the performances were truly inspiring as you see the whole story. The teachers, parents, and school leaders also played a vital role in ensuring the show’s success, proving how collaboration and teamwork can create something truly magical.
Bidlisiw sa Kagahapon was not only a night to enjoy and have fun watching the show but a night to remind people how rich the culture of Filipinos is and the significance of family and perseverance. All of the students involved present a memorable impact to young ones as they are encouraged by the new generation to understand and stand strong amidst the hardships in life even how hard life is, you need to move forward learned from your mistakes. BHNS truly shined that night, proving once again the power of collaboration and passion in bringing stories to life.
